One day at a time

As I sit here listening to TJ breath through the monitor I think of how wonderful the past 8 1/2 months have been. Crazy, but wonderful. Other moms always say that the first year goes by so fast and in the beginning I felt like it wasn't going by fast enough. Now, as I look back I wonder where it all went...............wow! As a stay at home mommy I thought I would be crazy by now not going to work every morning. I know, I know. Being a mom is a job, but you know what I mean. Amazingly enough I sit here semi-sane. I am slowly loosing my hair but I think that has something to do with the fact that TJ loves to pull it! I have almost forgot how to put makeup on because, lets face it, what's the point!? I live in my nursing tank-tops and comfy pants, unless I venture out into public.....................then I do manage to put a pair of jeans and an actual shirt on. I wish I had a reason to get all dolled up everyday but I don't think Target deserves that much devotion! Maybe once TJ gets older and we go out more I will start. But for now I will sit here comfortable!
